my experience was 5 star. My service representative ,Manny ,was courteous, friendly , and professional . He treated me with respect and was attentive. The valet staff were also very friendly and accommodating and actually smiled as they brought up my car. I almost felt guilty getting this kind of treatment! Being a New Yorker, I'm weary of people in "customer service". they are genuinely doing a great job, all while not being condescending. I left a very pleased customer and I hope they continue to do a great job!

The 5 star is mainly for a sales rep Jeffrey Peralta - I did not interact with others (only service which was ok). I have been in many dealerships across two decades, and this was by far my best experience. This review is late in coming. An entire year late cause I accidentally posted it for another company with the same name. I'm going back again tomorrow to get my emissions text again Everyone was super nice. Called at 10am on a Saturday to ask about a yearly emissions test. Told they were super booked, but if I could bring the car by 10:30am, they could fit me in. Take note these guys close at noon on Saturday! Mike and the guys were amazing.
