“ my experience was 5 star. My service representative ,Manny ,was courteous, friendly , and professional . He treated me with respect and was attentive. The valet staff were also very friendly and accommodating and actually smiled as they brought up my car. I almost felt guilty getting this kind of treatment! Being a New Yorker, I'm weary of people in "customer service". they are genuinely doing a great job, all while not being condescending. I left a very pleased customer and I hope they continue to do a great job! ”

I have been in many dealerships across two decades, and this was by far my best experience. Jeffrey helped to purchase my lease, scheduled a service for me, was accessible before the appointment, and very courteous throughout the process. I am constantly on my toes in dealerships with 'where is the catch' moments and it never arrived. Smooth, respectful and reasonably fast. ”

I just needed an inspection and the wait was reasonable, plus they had me wait in my car and came out to tell me when I could drive my car up. Price was right and experience was fine. “ I had a flat tire and they were able to get me a new tire within 24 hrs and then had me in & out of their shop within an hour. They also added a tire air-cap (as mine has fallen off the tire). Additionally, their prices are very reasonable. ”

“ This review is late in coming. An entire year late cause I accidentally posted it for another company with the same name. I'm going back again tomorrow to get my emissions text again Everyone was super nice. Called at 10am on a Saturday to ask about a yearly emissions test. Told they were super booked, but if I could bring the car by 10:30am, they could fit me in. Take note these guys close at noon on Saturday! Mike and the guys were amazing.
